well it's been 158 days on a deficit (1900 cals), from 188 to 166 lbs current, but feel there is still more BF to lose before i go on a maintenance then surplus. what yall reckon?
I do see progress! But I personally wouldn't go beyond 10% junk food of total calories, rest should be healthy carbs/fats/proteins for better body composition.
Also, don't forget about resistance...
