Ok so the 1st of September I weighed 133kg.
After so much help via the amazing guys on the forum, the information that is available here and the support iv'e been given, I've made it below 90 kg,...
Yep, but more like 3 and a half months.

So Been playing around diet wise trying to find the best way to cut for me, and iv'e gotten down to 90kg's, about a week and a half till xmas, and my goal of below 90kg by then will surely...
So.. Should I be trying to push more reps? or working on doing sets of 10-12? or??
I'm mainly working towards keeping whatever lean mass i have and building up stamina and losing weight for the moment.
I said I only have access to a 50kg dumbbell..
If I could get to a gym or afford 1, i'd not be posting this...
Ok so I only have access to a 50kg dumbbell, and I can bench about 22 reps, and my own body weight is down to 94kgs.

I am pretty sure, I refer to Kris Gethin's Videos and the Bodybuilding websites video's. So, unless the form used in those video's is wrong then? and where would i get elbow supports, and how much...
Ok so iv'e had my barbell and heavier weights for about 3 weeks I think now, keeping up good form, and quitting if I can't keep my form when lifting.. but My elbow joints seem to still be relatively...

If I did it right when I was 130 kg's my TDEE for cutting was meant to be 2100 calories at 90 to 100 grams protein and 40-50 grams fats...
I'm 96-97 kg's...
If someone can help me with this then i'd greatly appreciate the help.
