I take only 1 meal replacement shake per day right after my workouts. 45 grams of protein. The rest I get from tuna, chicken, cottage cheese. etc. etc.
Yes I just recently started doing a upper/lower body split this week. I like it so far. Its pretty intense. See below:

Yep I agree 100% with Saul77. Intensity is the key. Some times I only do 2 exercises for the legs at 5 sets each heavy and intense and that is more then enough. Sometimes the next day I cant even...
Yep this has happened to me before as well. I think its because when you do legs your body releases more testasterone?? So I've heard.
Yep I heard of this before as well. I just take both flax seed and fish oil everyday. I tried to eat tuna on a daily basis but I just go sick and tired of it so I just pop some fish oil supplements...
oh cool. I will try that. Or if that dont help then I guess I will need to pay for some calves implants. ha ha. i just hate how they look. its weird.
