OK. i was confused bc i think cylaris is a cissus product and they claim it to be a fat burner. in fact they make some REALLY aggressive claims about it. i think its a muscle tech product.

i've had good results with tribulus and actually had a significant increase documented thru the lab tests. its non hormonal but not sure if you can use it or not.

look at sly stallone....the dude is 60 and is in better shape than most 30 yr olds you see in the gym. genetics are a factor but proper diet and training is definitely the key.

the original xenadrine was the best. nowadays it seems lipo6 and tetrazene are well regarded.

the workout seems good but its really your diet that will make the biggest difference in terms of gaining.
