2) amino acids
3) start with one in the morning on an empty stomach, its strong so i would space out the oep and the jacked...like 6 hrs or so..

i would go with h-drol or tren if you can find it, i just did hemogen b52 with no sides, and i did spawn that shut me down. i love tren! works great for me..

aminocore is the ****! its a bit expensive but its worth it for sure, used it during a my cycle and it helped a lot! still taking them too, off cycle
