This could be a stupid question but I have seen recipes for it both ways I feel like. Do you cook oatmeal for proats or let them just soak up almond milk etc?
I eat dinner when i get home the point of the smoothie during the day is its easy to eat/ can eat it on the go and the smoothie king one is much better than just mix and water so was just wondering...
Smoothie has 180 calories a protein only 1g of sugar and actually tastes good to me... Is their fruit loaded with sugar or is this actually a good protein smoothie to get if i dont have time to make...

I have heard that this is similar in healthy fats/health benefits as extra virgin olive oil. Was looking to cook with it because it has a higher smoke point and wont burn as easily as olive oil......

Just curious... Do flavored vodkas have more calories and/or carbs than plain vodka? For example i have the lemon grey goose vodka does it hace same nutritional info as regular grey goose?
