I dont know about you guys... but my pb eating habits have totally lost all self control in the past few weeks. im going thru a 500ml jar every 3 days.. once i put the spoon in i cant seem to stop....

i have a tear in my tendon.. ive been on a cut for about 4 weeks.. hurt for about 2, but me thinks the lack of cals could be slowing down the healing process.

you also have to take all you macros into account as well... depending whats you goal is, fat could be a bad thing too..
i train at 7pm and done at 830ish.. and i have protien and carbs right...
