Last week wasn't a good training week. Got through squats on volume day but failed on bench. Failed on both bench and squat on intensity day.
Decided to test my lifts, haven't done that in a while....
No more slacking
Squats were getting too grindy so I took 10% weight off and am currently working my way back up
Bench is going okay and the intensity day coming up should be PR weight
Deadlift...
This semester is ruff and I'm looking into finishing my degree abroad but I'm still training!
Have some pain in my wrists and SI but it's going well despite that.
