2 days a week are rest days for me Wednesday , Sunday .

bank holiday Monday gyms are closed

i do my abs 3 times a week.

Saturday , Thursday , Tuesday

if u look at all the pro bodybuilders u will notice they have muscular jaws.

looks pretty easy i sure i could do that

i train all lagging muscles on Saturdays so they get done twice a week,

back, chest, shoulders , legs, forearms

i annoyed as well that gyms r closed on Monday because of bank holiday Monday

but not bothered 1 day off eint gonna hurt is it ?

just use ur home gym if got 1 or do body weight exercises :)
