What "AI" are you talking about here. I assume by the "0/1/2/2/3" that it is Reversitol which is a prop blend so it is hard to say what doses are there.

I would not ramp up an AI like that....

If you are dosing 50/50/50/50 an OTC PCT would suffice. I always say that a SERM is better regardless tho. If you are set on using an OTC, Reversitol would be OK in this case. It us an all in one PCT...
