The first set of 35s is a bit of a waste, the second set is a complete waste.
Seems like a good product at a good price!
If I were guessing, I would say they are used to anchor a bench, like the one just posted in the "look what I bought thread."
Just wanted to get a good pic of the safety and upright together, at an angle similar to the second pic of my rack. You don't have to have the whole rack in the pic, one upright/safety is sufficient.
My current safeties are 37.5 inches (2x3 tube) with 1 inch pins sticking about 1 inch out on each side. They weigh approximately 27.5lbs. I've always assumed the pins are actually a rod running the...
Ivanko wanted me to take some pics of the old plates, so it was done for the photo. If I am calculating correctly, that looks like 400lbs. The most I've ever benched is 395lbs, so just a little out...
Can we get some pics? Especially the Nebula with 3 x 3 safeties.
I don't see weight being an issue. Those 2 x 3 safeties that are own the rack now have never been a problem.
Yes, they are for the Wynmor Rack. They will have two pegs on each end and be flippable. I'm also going to have a pair of half safeties made for my half rack.
Yeah, aesthetics is the issue. I'll be spanning close to 40 inches, but they will be 7ga.
I have a 3 x 3 rack and plan on having some safeties made. My current safeties are 2 x 3, and I think that is the case with most slotted racks, but I'm noticing that some of the 3 x 3 racks with...
That seems like a really high price for a used and abused bar.
For those of you who own a 3 x 3 racks (racks with holes through uprights, not slots), are your safeties also 3 x 3 or 2 x 3?
Others have already responded, but yes, real rotating sleeves and its a T-Grip.
Someone needs to jump on that
T-Grip Angled Grip Bar came in today
I agree. I think the polls have always projected to the end of the season, more or less saying that if you win out this is your likely spot. In that assumption is that if you win out, you will win...
She has actually done them with the weighted vest. Those and step ups. She says the Precor Lunge just hits things in a different manner.
No, I don't think she ever has. I will make it a point to have her try these.
I wasn't saying it was acceptable, I'm one of the picky people. That is why I avoid certain vendors.
