i went from 62kg to 75kg in 4months while training fasted everyday OP. Training fasted is not bad, unless you fail to hit your macros for the day, thats all that maters.
as compared to complex sources? I know complex sources will have more micronutreints, fibre, etc but other than that are simple sources processed differently or anything?
doesnt it feel awkward having to bend over like that, it felt like i was gassed just unracking the weight and walking back, also my wrists felt like they were gona break off.
true, my form as approved very much on barbell deadlifts but i still feel scared to up the weight because i have hurt my lower back like 3 times doing em.
