Competed in the APF Powerlifting Meet today at 181lbs (weighed in at 179.5) Squats 435 - good 474 - good 501.5 - fail, but almost had it Bench 325 - failed. racked too soon. 347 - good
yep all 3.. my openers will probably be 455 squat 330 bench 475 deadlift
