    I've read many people suggesting you shouldnt eat 2 hours priors to bed (especially carbs) which would help your body go into somewhat of starvation mode overnight. I'm guessing this could help you...

    I know you're not supposed to eat prior to bed while on a cut unless its milk or say, cottage cheese.
