This OP. No need to rush and get a shake. I usually eat a Myprotein Cookie because I keep a box in my glove box and am hungry after training, but sometimes I just eat when I get hungry.

Worry about your diet brother. You're 16. I would recommend just eating big and lifting bigger, building huge numbers and worrying about competing when you are older.
