for tri's id use, as you said db tricep extension, then skullcrushers to add mass, and standard tricep rope extensions to hit the other head of the tricep
start about 3000 mate, if you don't feel your gaining much, add 250 each week until your gaining properly
keep the protein between 1 - 2g per lb of bodyweight, and just enjoy some good food
you can wrap it in a towel man, or you can buy like a body thing, that has straps for over your shoulders
any decent gym equipment retailer should sell one
