Agreed he has a beautiful physique but he always comes in too soft and with water. They have so much time to prepare for this show and alot of them don't bother doing it properly
This is from posing, try flexing every muscle on your body whilst holding your breathe on and off for 10-15 mins, tell me you don't get puffed out
