Amazing how we are all different, I can eat 4000 kcals a day easy.
My TDEE is around 3000 cal I bulk at 3200.
Hey look at the bright side George, not being able to hit legs gives you more time to hit upper body. :)

RDL is one of the only lifts that kinda scares me... I try not to go all out on it.
Can you do leg curls instead?
Ya I workout at home, I have a power rack and vertical leg press.
Incline DB bench press
I like Upper/Lower. Just do what keeps you lifting consistently.
Laterals seam to be enough for my shoulders.

Greek yogurt, beans, Chicken breast, eggs, lean ground beef and every now and then Smoked pork shoulder.
This has helped my shoulder problems a bunch.
I stop about 1 to 1.5 inches before touching the chest and brought the grip in about 1 inch on each side.
Haha, I here ya on staring at the bar. One thing I love about this routine is, cardio is built in to it.. :)
How long are your rests on your bench?
For some reason I have to take longer than 30 seconds to get 3 reps(just bench).
I started at 48... so ya, you are to old.:)

Never felt I lost any energy. I did 16-18hr fasts, I am still doing it on 3100kcals now.
I have never been a big breakfast person.:)
