Hey Juggernauts I do understand I havent posted in a few weeks. After ***** I got to australia was there for a few days and then went to Samoa. I continued getting in some time whenever possible...

***** is great for shopping but that's about it. not much of a nightlife because not too many places serve alcohol and there's too many laws that interfere with some of the fun but I love visiting.

I think its only about a half hour difference in time from ***** and afghanistan.. the gym in this hotel is pretty nice they have enough weights Ive been able to keep up with all of my work outs plus...
