RGBP is great...my last set is 175x8. I think I am the only person at my gym that does the exercise. For myself what I noticed is failure comes REAL QUICK doing RGBP. I think it really helps...
I would suggest switching to decline bench and/or using a wide grip free weight machine for your chest improvement. Also I would suggest doing reverse grip bench...
