i feel i dropped the most bodyfat when i lowered my carbs and i didnt pay too much attention to fat because i ate very clean so my foods had minimal fat

kept it at 2500 untill my weight stopped dropping

No cardio and all I ate was chicken for protein,cereal for carbs pre/post workout, while wheat wraps for more carbs

they were actually a little less i GAINED strength during my cut. The first month or so i got discouraged because my stregth shot down but as i kept going it shot up greater than when i was bulking :D
