    swolen and no scoop

    I'm talking about the creeping crud the run's. I got from sowlen.
    I tried sowlen first time with no food..bad move.Then I waited about
    a day or two and had a half bowl of oat meal still the same...

    If I had a choice to do just one exercise it...

    If I had a choice to do just one exercise it would be the squat..Why

    1) It will add over all size to your body.

    2) it hit's about 600 muscles in your total body.

    3) it's a great core body...
