    100 push-ups & 50 pull-ups daily

    A guy at my gym has recently made some substantial gains. He's added 100 push-ups & 50 pull-ups into his routine. What he is doing is:
    Monday = chest & biceps
    Tuesday =100 push-ups & 50 pull-ups...
