i think some of you guys are getting mixed up between chest dips and bench dips

your shoulders need a bit more work. in particular, your lateral and posterior deltoids
i suggest you do Dumbell Side Lateral Raises to target your lateral deltoids
throw in some bent-over...
to those who said their veins were more visible at night as opposed to daytime:
is it hotter at night or in the morning?

i try to avoid ab workouts cuz mine are misaligned.
i used to workout my abs heaps when i was really young (karate for outside school sport)
just before my first bulk i noticed how revolting it...
its also the angle too don't forget. seen that pic a million times :(
forearms will grow when u do other workouts like rows for ur back and curls for biceps, unless u got some pretty bad form

well if you have got a little weight issue at 5'7" @ 155 lb. you probably don't have that much muscle mass. so cutting won't make you look all that great.
