I would through in some Leucine/Glutamine and PostWorkout Carbs. I would limit carbs all other times, but you need them after your workout with your isolate. Fast acting carbs and fast acting Protein...

Niacinamide is not an option for us. It's benefits are just not enough to be included. Nothing against other products that have it but for us, it just doesn't have enough....

We have thought about lowering the niacin levels, but are afraid it will decrease the benefits with the skin and areas.....

I take it everyday, but I mix it with a very specific ratio of Glutamine/Leucine based on my lean mass and my bodyfat amount. It really helps with recovery and I "feel" better. Just not as fatigued....
