I get the same thing I usually just do a warm up set with low weight and than it stops popping.
I do drink water I doubt its that.
My hands are always cold all the time sometimes their not but most of the day my hands are cold even when I lift only If I get a good pump my hands warm up but most of the time my hands are cold idk...

Just workout your abs and check for results if you have none in like 3 months then you're doing something wrong.
