    THe supermarket i go to doesn't sell dex, but they sell liquid (or at least it looks liquid) glucose.

    Can this be a replacement to dex for Postworkout?

    I put 1 tbsp of peanut butter in my oats and cook it with very little water. It comes out like an oatmeal pattie and u can really taste the PB cos there's little water. Yummy.
