Oh and for the sake of the thread, it is safe at your age if you know how to use it correctly, but is quite pointless untill you get your diet and routine down.
no, but you will be overtrained, and see no gains at all. Unless you go on a training split where you work one/two muscles a day, giving the other ones youre using proper rest.
be thankful its only 2 laps, my pe teacher makes us run a mile every other day and fullbody workout the days were not running a mile. Also some more cardio doing the sports in PE
