You may not have enough water in your diet in general. I notice I sometimes get oilier skin when I havn't been drinking as much water regardless of supps. Stims arn't typically known to do that...

No. I obviously used a PCT ;) (which I had on hand before starting unlike OP) But tapering down before the PCT is usually recommended and OP wasn't using the mildest of supplements
