Why not do what you did before if you lost a substantial amount of weight and it worked why not do the same again? however you could drop down to 1800 cals just reduce carbs to maybe 30% ? but hey...
I have a chinese or kebab on the weekend to keep me sane and it tastes sooo good i dont notice a difference only in my mood so its worth it just for that ;)
I think if you do it you should slowly drop down over a couple of weeks so it s not so much of a shock to the system and not getting moody with everyone when your hungry like me ;)
