the closest thing your going to get to a permanent pump is with creatine your muscle should look alot fuller.

you dont need them at all unless your on a cutting diet. but if i was to use them i would go with 10 grams sip on it during your working

just stick with your basic creatine monohydrate. and if i was you i would get one that is made from creapure such as allmax creatine monohydrate.

so i take 5 grams of creatine a day and ive heard taking it with a simple sugar drink such as dextrose(gatorade) helps it get into the body better. so i add it to my post workout gatorade drink. but...

im hearing from some people that the protein will deminish and it will be wasted

i emailed like 15 companies and i got free sample from them all and they shipped to canada surprising lol i got almost 100 in total

i searched the forum and im gettin conflicting reports about creatine mono. some say lload with 20 grams a day for 5 days and other say loading is a waste.... and some people say do 5 grams a day...

if they all come in at there best.... the top three would be Kai, Dexter, Phil

ill keep it short also. absolutly not. whole food is the way to go. to many people are gettin to dependent on supps thinking there the next best thing. dont get stuck in that statistic man.
