I feel you. 2 years ago I was 215lb ~15%, 4 months ago I was 205lb ~25-30%. Making quick, solid progress tho. Now you know what giving up feels and looks like; it's as simple as not giving up...

In, started yesterday. Eating 800 calories worth of egg whites, spinach, and turkey is friggin nauseating. Spreading it out throughout the day from now on, was legit 3 pounds of cardboard and dust.
