Lol, Ballys you owe him green reps now imo..
Edit; wait the main function of the triceps isn't abduction it's adduction!
I have noticed that too..
Let's get real, wiggers are pathetic, so are emo's, goths, skaters, punks, gabbers ect...
Just be yourself, why need a label!
Awesome, I was looking for articles like these! You got more?
Post that in the misc, he will get plwnty of hatemail and virussen :)
Post a link to this thread also, many more want to know where HB is, I read his journals watched his vids, they are awesome!

You can see him at 2:45, what a piece of sh*t for putting the names of those people in the vid!!
Probably some lonely out of shaped ugly loser..
I'd love to see more strongman routines myself, I want to give them a shot in a few years..
Holy moly :D
Well I guess one mans pump set is another mans goal for a 1RM :p
Well, what was the percentage of the weights they used for their pumpsets, dor all I know it could have been around 30% of their 1RM..
Does anybody know what weights they used (serious)?
What does Supertraining say about pumpsets/back-off sets (are the same thing, just get some extra work done/blood flowing to the muscles)?
It specifically says not to do them higher than 30% of...
10x3 should be good for hypertrophy also, you still get the volume and it's intenser than 3x10.
What I was trying to say with my other post was, if you only have been training with low rep ranges...
No, not being open minded is stupid if you're a bodybuilder training striclty for size. Use all the rep ranges, from 1 till 20 even rep outs..
So then don't go from training for a bigger 1RM to doing 12 reps, but first to 3 reps, than 6-10 reps than 12, lol..
You can still do some higher rep range work while you training for a bigger 1RM..
Not to long a go I saw a vid on youtube of a powerlifter doing 20 reps benchpresses with 180 kg.
So yes,...
And a smart lifter would use all the tools he can, or atleast try them out ;)
Greasing the groove is also just a tool for strength training, but it will greatly benefit your bodybuilding goals also. It's not strength training vs bodybuilding, it's strength training +...
So you're saying you won't use all the tools there are to get bigger, just because it falls under a different label? Because that is what the discussion is about a name label; bodybuilding/strength...
Lol, i want to know also. But as I understood (read a while back), muscle stretching will help you recruit more muscle fibers + they benefit muscle growth (in short)..
Even if you focus to increase your strength in the 4/6 rep ranges, I would see this as strength training, guess this is where we disagree on things :p
