This forum is like one of those shady Mexican clinics in Tijuana...you get diagnosed however you want. If it were to be believed, 80% of the population either has gyno or pectus excavatum.

There is nothing...repeat NOTHING...wrong with your chest. It's just completley natural variation in how the muscles connect with the sternum. I'm not sure that those who diagnose pectus excavatum...

I agree with your estimate. You don't carry a lot around your stomach but I'd say 13-15% a well.

pic on the right just looks less flexed. There's more separation between left and right which seems to imply they're just less tensed.
