yea same here another problem with my bones haha my left rib curves out a tad bit
Ive been lifting all summer and eating right all summer but now i have soccer so i run miles everyday plus practice, so will i maintain my muscle mass if i keep working out every day?
how you only weigh 135 lbs how can u lift 195?
