wouldnt the coffee be kind of a bad idea? i mean considering the fact that you need to sleep? lol otherwise yea during the day caffine keeps the cravings away
too little exercise could cause health problems. if you think you do too little exercise, then you probably arent doing enough. could also be your eating habits, that will also cause health problems
CEREAL!!!!! AHHHH! i love it! any kind!!!!! :( but i always feel guilty eating it...well i just stick to regular cheerios when i have some.....but i love cereal with oatclusters and all that good...
