Yeah it does mean that it is the carbs. I've compared enough times, I'll just go off carbs on one day and I'll see what I mean.

when I'm on carbs, I'm happy, I think well(memory wise), but I'm bloated my energy is low and there are alot of pains and aches. Gaining weight is erratic but...
