He's right. It'll be a little harder to bulk and cut at the same time. it's not impossible, but you gotta find out your BMI (Body Mass Index) and fat percentage first. You could be 160 lbs lean...
Why don't you get back into lifting and start eating a clean diet? You'll start to gain muscle and lose fat again as long as you do that. After a while then decide whether you want to bulk or cut.

In my personal opinion.. I wouldn't do cardio in the morning. You'll burn through too much muscle. I would concentrate on lifting then doing moderate cardio on lifting days, then do some HIIT cardio...
I agree. Just ask management if they can get a squat rack and untill then, use the legpress machine. I never heard of the Steinborn lift, but it doesn't look too safe lol.
