I use Platemates and have increments as small as 1.25 lbs.
My other lifts are all going up.
I'm using the same weight for all 3 sets.

What are the best exercises for getting separation in your leg muscles. My quads are large and solid, but they just look like one big mass. My bodyfat is 10-12%.
