Currently I'm on PHAT routine. I do 2 power and 3 hypertrophy workouts.
The hardest are the power ones. Yesterday I did 4-3-3 reps on squat instead of 5-5-5. That means I'm losing strength.

If the egg whites are pasteurized then you'll be fine.
However, I'd advise to cook your egg whites. It takes no more than 5 mins.
