    I cut down for the summer I'm weighting about 180. I'm usually around 200 and a lot higher bf %. I appreciate your guys opinions!

    It was definitely quicker than I wanted to lose the body fat but I only had eight weeks before my wedding. I lost more muscle than I'd of liked but there's always next bulking season.
