It tastes like a chewy, almond/chocolate flavor (from what I can remember) with crushed almonds or peanuts sprinkled on top, loved it. I picked up the 3:1 Ice Cream bars and loved those too.
I'd agree with this. I'm a long standing advocate of White Flood and how well it's worked time and time again but I prefer Jack3d because (for me) it seems to last longer through a workout.
