Ok, I will try to find out the breakdown. Mr Horse, you're knowledgeable, would low blood protein mean that i'm not getting enough dietary protein, or not necessarily?

Thanks guys! I think my doctor said it was my albumin. She also told me I need to eat more protein, which is the part that made me go "huh?"

So I just had a physical, and apparently my protein level was low on my bloodwork. I think my Dr said that an 8 was normal and I was around a 6. I'm getting about .75 to 1g/lb of bodyweight, so I'm...

I also get hungry at night, so I just budget for it and make my dinner my biggest meal and eat it late. I also add lots of veggies which are filling but not calorie dense.

I take children's gummy vitamins because the adult chewables taste like caca. I don't think taking multis in pill form is worth it because of poor absorbtion.
