Probally the biggest for me was normal intake of 2000 calories, then i went mad and i ate like 25 bags of crisps ( potato chips ) in like 3 hours then 3 packs of cookies
Completely agree, I always weigh myself every week or 2, never daily this can give you false results, and tbh any more than 2lb's a week can generally become unhealthy
Haha good point, Socialising is the best, especially as im a university student, but like everything moderation is key, I drink at least once a week, just make up for it during the following week

i really wished i had your metobolism,, i find it difficult to cut at times.. but if i was you bump up your calories further,, see it as a blessing for when it comes to your cut!
