Most people would prefer to do them on seperate days. Try and focus on progression for maybe 3-4 weeks with say incline BB. That once you can't add weight and progress switch to DB's and do the same...

I train my rear delts on back day and side and front on another.
A lot of back exercises are incorporating your rear delts anyway so it would be best to hit them on back day.
Personally if i did cardio frequently i will loose a load of size and muscle.
As im currently trying to pack some mass on i don't go anywhere near the cardio section.
You have achieved your objective of getting ripped. Looking great but i think after a decent bulk and a lot of size gained and then a cut afterwards you will look even better.
