  • Full body workout, any suggestions to change?

    I've just started working out, decided to take it seriously.

    I am 32, 6'1, 188lbs.
    I start each workout with a 5km run.
    I do full body 3 x per week.

    Squat / Deadlift 5x5 (alternated)
