USMC San Diego area. Got anybody who's up for some major offtrail hiking/climbing?
Then I would take up swimming, biking (most of the pressure on the ball of your foot), snowboarding, kiteboarding, you get the pic. I heard walking on sand relieves some pressure.
Wow I get up to 180 when jogging... and 160 at a fast walk.
I would def push it more, try intervals.
I would shoot for around 3000-3500 calories a day, get between 250-300gr protien (most of it slow-digesting or from meat). And play out the carbs and fat depending on how your body responds to each....
Well, I'm doing:
SUNDAY and WEDNESDAY:
- 6 mi walk/run
- weights: upper body
MONDAY and THURSDAY:
- 15 mi bike ride
- weights: lower body

Hey everyone :) I've been here for a bit, have gained some muscle... but have not lost any bodyfat. In fact I suspect I have gained some.
My goal is 22 BF, right now about 24-25, weighing 118 lbs...
Its about 1-2 hours after my lunch, a chicken salad. So I usually don't have anything prior. My morning cardio is early, so I break breakfast into pre and post-workout meals.
Pre-cardio I have 1/2 cup acorn squash and 1/4 cup eggwhites.
Pre-strength I usually have nothing.
