I say cancel the meetings :)
Good work, Erin!
Hey, Erin! Two pounds in 3 weeks is solid progress. I'd take it, for sure. Good work!
What about Lou Ferrigno?
I heard bacon and came running in!
Wow, all that on only 1450 cals? You are supermom!
Why are you training legs once a week, but all other body parts twice a week?
Could you please send me some?
Baby that back when you need to, Kim. Absolutely no need to make it worse.
Alright Brian, get back in here!
Plus then there's me, who's stomach won't take Whey shakes anymore. They just disagree with me, so I have no choice but to rely on food.

Hey, buddy. Good to see you back around. I have first hand experience with falling off the wagon then trying to get back on.
So what's the plan of attack?
Here's too a good week!!

Rear delt weakness was what caused my shoulder issues a few years ago. The physical therapist told me I need to continue to train them to hopefully prevent my issues from lingering.
The hardest for me is when I work from home because I have too much easy access to stuff. I have a much easier time keeping on point when I go into the office.
Hmmmm....she looks familiar. :)
Good to see you back at it, Kim!
Can I have the other 1/2 of the Quest bar? :)
Good work, Marie! Hope all the house issues get resolved quickly.
