    It's just a general suggestion since everyone is different. That's why you need to track your weight every week and adjust. If you're losing too much weight, increase. too little weight, decrease.

    No idea in bf but losing 22lbs is totally doable. I lost 22lbs in 3 months. No cardio, just followed my macros. Trained 4-6x a week.
