Watching your videos makes me miss having my own equipment.
One thing I've noticed is that many gyms no longer have a seated shoulder press, only machines. Wonder why that is? Are you balancing your Na/K ratio to 1:1 or are does it affect you at all?

Been in rehab myself a few months. Wasn't allowed to lift heavy so I just killed the volume. Found out strength training isn't really for me.... But Bodybuilding is. Imagine that!

I know you feel like you're losing the opportunity to add muscle but this is a really smart plan. Take it from a guy who's been in physical therapy for a few months. A week or so could be a blessing...
